Join Sabeel-Kairos, SPARK Social Justice and Leeds Minster in imagining a different world, moving towards reconciliation in the face of destruction with the author of ‘The Cross and the Olive Tree’ reflecting on Theology in Gaza.
John S. Munayer, is a Palestinian theologian; he will join this meeting online from Jerusalem. John is currently involved in interreligious activism and will share his lived experience in our conversations on faith, justice, and peace.
Professor Esther McIntosh is Professor of Feminist Theology and Ethics at York St. John University; she will join the meeting in person. Esther is a trustee of Sabeel-Kairos and co-leads the Sabeel-Kairos Palestinian theology group which is currently hosting a book reading series on The Cross and the Olive Tree.
